It was such a beautiful day on Saturday. I think it hit 85 degrees. I hung out with my 16 year old daughter all day. We had sushi at STRIP and then did some shopping at H&M. Yep, you heard me right..LOL! We did some SHOPPING! A little bit of retail therapy. So you know, I have LOST the bet I had with hubby. Oh well… it was SO worth it because I found some great Spring items. I found 2 dresses and a blouse and my daughter found a really cute bag and some T-shirts. We’re supposed to have nice weather all this week, so maybe I will get to wear an item or two this week.
This sequin top may look familiar to you. I also wore it HERE on NYE when hubby and I went to an 80′s themed party. Then, I paired it with shiny leggings and leg warmers. This look I went a little bit more comfy and cute…You got it, the 2 C’s. LOL LOL (What are the 2 C’s you ask? If you don’t frequent my blog, that’s my fave thing…to be CUTE and COMFY. Very important! LOL) Every time I slip into this tank, I just wanna have FUN! FUN! FUN! Can you tell by the pictures that I just had too much fun posing and playing around with the camera. I didn’t want to go too SUMMER mode for my shoes (wearing flip flops, etc.) After all, its not Summer just yet, so I opted for an open toed/heeled booties courtesy of Just Fab!

Cute top and cute shoes! Funny, I’ve worn flip-flops several times already and never stopped to consider that they are “summer” footwear…in Houston, if it’s warm, you’ll see flip-flops everywhere…regardless of the season! =)

You are right! Cute and comfy outfit. I love those booties. And I KNEW you were going to lose that bet!! I dont know what made you decide to bet him (about shopping) anyway! LOL. Women will always lose that one!

You are so cute! and you look like you’re having ball. I have a black sequin tank that I NEVER wear. I need to just break out out one day! I always feel to dress when I wear it, but who cares, right?
