Today’s Style me Friday look was all about Leather Pants and Utility Vests.
And here is my shot of pulling this look together & making it my own. I didn’t pull out my leather pants just yet because… well, they just don’t quite fit me since having Baby M. But I am determined to get in those babies BEFORE Spring! hahhhaha Cross ya’ll fingers for your girl! LOL I decided to wear my faux leather panel pants that I also wore here. You all might get tired of me in these pants because lately they have been my go to pants. They are super duper comfy and chic and sexy. I love the fit of them!!!
I really loved this look because it also gave me the push to make my utility vest. Yep, you heard me, DIYer! hahaha I bought this initially as a jacket on ebay a while ago. I wore it here as a jacket. I thought, now would be the perfect time for me to turn it into a vest. All I did was cut the sleeve and VOILA, its now a vest!!!
My hair is LITERALLY a wash n go. I washed it the morning I wore this and just threw in some Mixed Chicks Leave-in-Conditioner and Miss Jessies Pillow Soft Curls. It was that easy!!!!

Yaaay! You nailed it! I definitely thought that was a vest…that is a good DIY idea. People ask me all the time where to get a utility vest. I bought mine a few years ago, but they seem kinda hard to find..
Also LOVE those boots…
