This past weekend, I was invited out to help Sadiddy Magazine celebrate 1 year! WooooHooo! I’m so happy for my girl , Editor in Chief, Adrienne (and my Birthday Twin) and Tiffany, the Art Director. These ladies are truly the H.B.I.C!!!!!! I’m excited to see what the years to come have to offer!

It was a fabulous, intimate event with a Nail Bar, Candy Bar and a WINE Bar. I’m still nursing Baby M so I didn’t get to indulge in the continuous flow of Moscato (my FAVE). Daddy was called into work the morning of the event, so Baby M tagged along with me, so I didn’t get to indulge in the Nail Bar either. I was so envious because the nail stylist was putting it DOWN!! I DID however, indulge in the CANDY BAR!! Yum Yum Yummy!!!! Y’all know I am sweets-a-holic…. is that even a word? hahahahaha
I wore this Kirna Zabête for Target dress because I knew I had Baby M and I just wanted to be comfy. You might remember, I also wore it here (awwwwww, look how tiny Baby M was back then). I just remixed it with a black skinny belt and yellow pumps. Baby M is wearing The Children’s Place jeans, Polo Ralph Lauren shirt, and Nike Air Max shoes. See more photos from the event here.
Congrats to #TeamSadiddy on a great year!!
A couple weekends ago, I attended Fashion Uncorked. Fashion Uncorked is a design competition to benefit the children at Easter Seals North Georgia, Inc. I went to the 1st show back in 2011 and it was one of the best events that I had attended since becoming a Style Blogger. As always, this years event did not disappoint. There was great food, music and fashion.
My two favorite looks of the evening was this hand painted colored dress for day wear designed by Sara Shelton and this retro funky gown for evening wear by designer Keon Brown. Can you believe this dress is water colors?? How fabulous is that? You can view more photos here.
GRAND PRIZE WINNER:
Congratulations to Keon Brown for winning Fashion Uncorked 2013!!
Cramel won tickets to this event as one of my readers and a fellow blogger babe. She blogs at Boutique Freak.

Last week, I was invited out by my girl Trina, The Baby Shopaholic, as she hosted a preview of the Spring/Summer 2013 Laundy by Shelli Segal Collection. I mean, really, they are so fabulous. You can see for yourself in some of the photos below. YES, the dresses look FAB in the photos but the photos still don’t do this Collection any justice.

There was a contest to win a $200 gift card by just trying on a Top Shop outfit and getting your picture taken. This is the outfit I chose. The photographer took a picture of me, but the iPad photographer didn’t so I didn’t get on Instagram.. Hmmmm, I wonder if I am still entered in the contest????? Isn’t that shirt just EVERYTHING?!!!

Are you planning to mix prints?
Hello beauties!! How was your weekend? I had a great weekend.. date with mom on Saturday! We had a blast. We went to the North Georgia Outlets and did some shopping. I didn’t do too much damage, trying to be on a shopping budget for a little bit (let’s see how that goes LOL). But mom scored some good stuff. She got a really cute COACH purse. I did buy a wallet, because it was time for a new one, but thats pretty much it. Oh, I did find some BCBG wide leg pants. After shopping we ate a tasty burger from Buckhead Grill. We actually stayed out all day long… you ladies know how it can get when your out shopping. The plan was to get home by 9p so I could watch the Floyd ‘Pretty boy” Mayweather spank that a$$ of Ortiz…… LOL LOL Well… needless to say I was out too late and hubby went ahead and left to go watch the fight with his homies. I didn’t want to order it at home and watch it alone plus I fell asleep anyway. LOL But when hubby got home he told me all about the fight…. Floyd is just too much but I laughed so hard with hubby telling me the whole story of it. I hear a lot of people are mad, but in the world of boxing, you need to be READY AT ALL TIMES!!! Wow!!!!
OK, so this is what I wore a few weeks ago to the Betsey Johnson Fashion show I attended at the W Hotel in Buckhead with Jai and Alaina, #FashionableATL ladies. It was a great show and some great designs. I love Betsey Johnson, some of her things are so colorful and FUN, and thats what fashion to me is all about… Having FUN!!!
Here’s a few of some of my faves from the show… Which are your faves and how do you feel about Betsey Johnson? Do you love her as much as I do???
Last week I attended the US Weekly party at Aurum Lounge. I had so much FUN!! I would have to say, this has been the almost best event I’ve been to this year (the BEST was the Fashionable Atlanta Bloggers Meet-Up..haha). I met up with other Fashionable ATL bloggers, seen in the picture above and below. The Moscato and Red Wine was flowing all night along with some light h’orderves. The photographers were so friendly and didn’t hesitate to ask to help them with a shot. Who knows, you may see us in US Weekly Mag sometime soon! That would be NIIIICE! The DJ was on point and we danced and danced and danced. It was a FAB time.
So, lets talk about the DRESS!! I wore this dress one other time for NYE 2008. Yes, almost 4 years ago. I think it still looks pretty Haute and I love it just as much now as I did when I purchased it from Bebe. It’s been hanging in the back of my closet, so I thought what perfect time to wear it again…to this FAB US Weekly party. It was perfect for the evening and don’t you just LOVE the color???!?!? I accessorized it with a leopard belt, gold jewelry and nude pumps. VOILA! I got tons of compliments. You think I can pull it out my closet in another 4 years???????? LOL
Everyone has been asking me how I slicked my hair down so good and into a BUN! OK, first I have a confession… the bun is a piece that I purchased from the beauty supply store for $7.99. I’m in that in between stage with my hair because I am trying to grow it back out. I miss wearing my messy updos and buns. My hair grows pretty fast so by this time next year, it will be way longer!! I’m hoping anyway! LOL My stylist, Terion, was out of town for his birthday so I just had to play it up all by myself. I love Paul Mitchell Foaming Pomade. This is some goooood stuff. NO, this is some grrrrrrreat stuff! I have natural hair so its always hard to slick my hair down into a smooth, tight ponytail. This stuff does the trick!! Try it and see…
