TGIF!!! Any big plans for the weekend? I have a full day scheduled tomorrow. So excited and CAN NOT WAIT!! Last night, Busola invited me out to the new Container Store in Buckhead for Bows & Bloggers. I learned so much about gift wrapping, the gift wrapping secrets, making bows, all of that. I also met some awesome ladies too. I always love meeting new faces!! Container Store has a HUGE selection of gift wrap, “Gift Wrap Wonderland” is what they call it. It is indeed a WONDERLAND!!! If you have not been to the new location yet… YOU MUST GO!!! I’ll give your more details later…
I knew I was going to link up with Eboni, for her Style Me Friday, so I wore my red hot leather skirt. How HOT is this?!?? I purchased this vintage leather skirt from Keren of Two Stylish Kays verrry early last year and have never worn it, until now. Can you believe that when I purchased it, it was TOO BIG!! I bought it before I even knew I was gonna be preggo with Baby M. Well now, as you can see, it fits me like a GLOVE!!! hahhahhahaa I def got some baby weight still to lose, but honestly, I am loving the extra pounds!!! I probably just need to tone up… Maybe I will start doing YOGA or something. Note that I said maybe!! hahahaTwo Stylish Kays | color block sweater – Target (Similar here and here | nude pumps – JustFab “Aurora” | necklace – old | watch – Michael Kors | clutch – TJ Maxx
Don’t forget to head on over to Eboni’s blog to see the Inspiration photo (what made this outfit come about) and also see all the other ladies styles!! Have a great weekend loves!!
Are you loving leather?
Today (Wednesday) was a great day, other than the fact that I was having a Bad Hair Day!!! LOL I will be seeing my stylist TOMORROW, so I am uber excited. It’s ashame how excited us ladies get when we get our hair done. Once its done and all pretty, we walk a little taller and have a little bit more strut in our walk. LOL LOL It’s so funny!!
I love love love vintage clothing. Don’t ask me why, I just do. There are a couple vintage shops that I shop on eBay, Tin Roof Vintage and my fave Noir Ohio Vintage . I found this vintage blouse while thrifting for only $3.00 and I LOVE it!!! I got so many compliments today on my $3 vintage blouse. I paired it with a pair of Eddie Bauer polyester trousers and a pair of JustFab Aurora nude pumps. These were in my boutique this month. Aren’t they HAUTE!!?!?!?! I couldn’t wait to wear them and they are sooo comfy. I did buy them a half size larger, that could be why. I completed the look with this leapard skinny belt that I bought from TJ Maxx awhile ago for 14.99. So, how do you feel about vintage?
