After being stuck in the house all last week (Monday – Friday) because of the horrible Winter/Ice storm we were hit with here in Atlanta, hubby and I finally were able to get out the house late afternoon on Saturday. I was so ready to get out of the house!!! The ice storm was so bad, the roads were filled with ice and there were a million car accidents. I didn’t even chance going out in all the mess! So when Saturday came and the weather was almost in the 50’s, that was our ques to get out. The roads were still kind of bad, but we just took our time and once we got off the back roads, the main roads were good to go. Hubby and I went to STRIP, one of my favorite restaurants at Atlantic Station. They have the BEST fried Lobster Tails!!! We were gonna catch a movie also, but I knew hubby wanted to get home to the NFL Playoff game, so we just went home. We had a chilled, fun day!! I was gonna post this yesterday, but thought the Golden Globes were a little more important. (Gotta love the scheduled post option..LOL)
I didn’t dress too fancy…just comfy and warm.
