Before I get back into the swing of things, I think I owe you guys a bit of an explanation. Can we say…A.W.O.L? Yep, that was me… But before you jump down my throat, please let me explain. LOL LOL I have been so so extremely busy. It seems like my schedule has just been off the chain, hay wire, hectic, chaotic, all of the above! I’m still alive, kicking and screaming, still have a passion for fashion, all of that. SO, I am back ladies and gents. I promise to never go A.W.O.L again. Please forgive me! LOL!
A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to attend my very first Swapnista Day Party here in Atlanta and I must say it was FAB!!!!! It was hosted by Keren of Two Stylish Kays & Fashion Envy AND Pretty Girl Rock Dresses, LLC. I decided to take my daughter along as well as my BFF. I also met up with Eboni and Jai (FAB bloggers). So you may be asking yourself, what exactly is a Swapnista??? Basically, its a huge PARTY where you bring gently used items and swap your stuff with others. As soon as I arrived, I checked in and dropped off my gently used clothing pieces. We then browsed around to all the different vendors. Great items. I did purchase a short romper and a top.
But back to the Swapnista. I was included in the first group that went up to chose which items I wanted. I snagged up some great finds. I found this HAUTE yellow dress, 2 blouses and a dress that can also be worn as a top. I cleaned up and it was all for FREE. I just swapped my gently used items with someone else. FUN FUN FUN!!!! I can’t wait to show off the items I was able to snatch up. You all would be so proud!! Below are a few of the vendors that caught my eye.

My daughter was able to get her eye make-up done that she LOVED!!! There was also a massage therapist there. You know I couldn’t pass that up!!!
There was even a fashion show where the attendees could get involved. I didn’t participate because I wasn’t nearly dressed for a Fashion Show. LOL The winner of the show was such a cute young lady. Check out her look below. I loved the shoes!!!!
I had such a FABULOUS time at the Swapnista Day Party. I am def gonna be in attendance for the next one. I will keep you all posted for that so you can be sure to attend as well.
